I am stuck at the beginning. Not sure what I am supposed to be doing. Can't find the key to the cell and just wandering around...

5 Mana Mushrooms
Black Boots
Chain Mail
Glass Vial
Lantern

1 Rubber Glove
Busted Flute
Fancy Clothes
Iron Mace
Toothbrush
