Last I heard (CNN, I believe) the explosions in Afghanistan are from a munitions dump. The US denies any responsibility. These fires could be coincidence (Afghanistan isn't a very stable place in terms of peace, after all), or it could be someone else retaliating. If that is the case, I believe it is far too early to begin any such thing. We need to find out who was behind the attacks before we decide to contribute to the death toll.
