True, and yet many people access the internet
using more than one IP address. Off the top of
my head, I think it would be possible for me to
vote at least four times on any given poll...once
at work, twice at home (using my own ISP and
then my folks' AOL) and then I could go down
to the library and vote again. If I wanted to
download and install a couple free internet
access services like Juno or Netzero, I could
conceivably up that number to five or six times.
