That's all it does. It's part of Microshaft's conspiracy against LUNIX which doesn't use HKEY_CURRENT_USER! All LUNIX has is HKEY_XWINDOWS_PAIN and HKEY_DISPLAY_PENGUINGRAPHIC. So LUNIX IS BETTER BECAUSE THERE ARE FEWER HKEYS WHICH MEANS FASTAR LOADING!
