Thanks to the Internet Movie Database I found this info:

It's actually Suzy Delair. A French actress, born in 1916, no death date listed (so she might still be alive?!). She was in show business until the '80s.

Since I can't read French, I don't understand the titles of all the movies she was in. I don't see anything that looks like a Laurel and Hardy movie.
