I agree whole hearedly with this. Even when I was very little, and older women at church would claim to be 25 years old, or say, "It's none of you business. . ." I always assumed they must be 80 or greater. As I got older, I realized it was probably older women trying to feel younger, trying to BE younger, trying to fool people into believing they are younger, or actually just joking about it to make fun of the other women who lie about their age.
I decided that when I'm older, instead of lying about how much younger I am...maybe I'll lie about how much OLDER I am!! See, at 50, I'll say, "Oh, I'm 75 year old." And I'll get showered with compliments such as, "You look so young for your age." etc. Maybe I can sell my own "Fountain of Youth Secret Creme". . .
