You'll have to go through the game, map it out completely, then figure out what you have to do, and then figure out how to do it in the most efficient way possible. That's the only way you're going to get a lower score than you've already got. > > Starting with Brackly Hall is a great way to introduce yourself to Low-Scoring. At least you didn't do with Escape from St Mary's or Perils of Akumos, either of which I won't even attempt to low-score. > > Good luck on it, though, and I hope you manage to get there. > > -Rifty
Rifty, Thanks for the reply.
I figured as much on all accounts, but was just hoping against hope that someone would have some suggestion.
I currently in the blood, sweat, and tears mode. I have complete detailed maps of the whole place (unless an undiscovered passage or room would be the key to shaving off 3 moves, which seems unlikly). I have a complete inventory of all the items I can find plus where and how to get them and how to use them. (I doubt there is anything more to know about the stuff you can get.)
I know the order that critical moves need to be done in but there are a lot of options. (Like in real life, you can empty your pockets, hang up your coat, and greet you wife in any order but one order might be "better".) This is the area that I think I can improve but it's a slog to consider all the options. Maybe I should write a computer program to figure it out.
I realize that I'm probably on my own here but of course I'll take any suggestions on how to work the problem.
Again, I'm available to give hints but I won't post any spoilers.
Thanks again to Rifty. lelo
